Exchange Policy
We offer exchange only (no refunds) within 3 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for exchange:
- The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- The seal must be intact.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
- If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
- Share clear images/videos of the issue for verification.
After verification, we will:
- Arrange a free exchange, or
- Send the correct item at no additional cost.
Non-Exchangeable Items
- Opened or used perfumes cannot be exchanged due to hygiene and safety reasons.
- Products without original packaging or missing components are not eligible.
- Change of mind (e.g., not liking the fragrance) is not eligible for exchange.

Shipping Charges
- If the exchange is due to our error (wrong/damaged item), we cover all shipping costs.

- Exchanges are typically processed within 3–5 working days after we receive the returned item.
