Exchange Policy

We offer exchange only (no refunds) within 3 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for exchange:

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • The seal must be intact.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Share clear images/videos of the issue for verification.

After verification, we will:

  • Arrange a free exchange, or
  • Send the correct item at no additional cost.


Non-Exchangeable Items

  • Opened or used perfumes cannot be exchanged due to hygiene and safety reasons.
  • Products without original packaging or missing components are not eligible.
  • Change of mind (e.g., not liking the fragrance) is not eligible for exchange.

Shipping Charges

  • If the exchange is due to our error (wrong/damaged item), we cover all shipping costs.
  • For other eligible exchanges, customers may need to bear the delivery charges.

Delivery Timeline for Exchange

  • Exchanges are typically processed within 3–5 working days after we receive the returned item.
